Your Teeth and Your Health
Did you know that there is a direct relationship between your mouth health and the whole health of your entire body? There are many books to read on this subject. But to share briefly I would like to call attention to root canals (dead teeth) and the immune system . A dead tooth is one that no longer has a blood supply, or a nerve supply. It does what mother nature does to all dead things, it begins to decompose.
When this happens, very toxic bacteria arrive on the scene and stay to "clean up" the trouble is they eat the decomposing tissue and "poop" a very strong toxin that is very detrimental to your immune system. These toxins shut down vital enzymatic activities ( which are verifiable at the lab) and cause you to feel sluggish, tired and even forgetful! Sound like you?
We know the Mercury is the second most deadly toxin in the world, next to plutonium It is well documented that the common "silver amalgam" or silver filling is really 50+% mercury in consistency and has serious effects on the body as a whole. All metal in the oral cavity is of great concern. Throughout the world scientists and health care providers are aware of the serious effects on human health with the standard philosophy of dental health here in America. Sweden has banned the use of mercury, but we cower to big business. Imagine the lawsuits if each dentist had to be responsible for the ill health effects caused by mercury fillings.......But enough of the politics behind it.
We are trying to show the American consumer that there may be a direct link with your oral health, both pre and post care with standard American dental protocols.
